Within 24 hoursWe allocate from current inventory or schedule a fresh pack run, and pull lot photographs and a packing-format sample for the quote sheet.
Day 2 – 3Quote is returned by email with lot photos, packing spec, Incoterm pricing, validity window, and lead time from PO to despatch.
Day 3 – 5If you want a physical sample before PO, we courier 500g – 1kg of the lot. On confirmed PO, despatch follows the timeline named in the quote.
